Shipping Policy

Order are typically shipped within 48 hours of purchase, and shipping arrival dates vary upon delivery location. Upon orders being shipped, I will provide a tracking identification number.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Return & Exchange Policy

I gladly accept cancellations on all orders until the item(s) has been marked as shipped.  Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours. Once an item has been marked shipped, I will accept exchanges (at the buyer's returned shipping expense) or provide an online store credit for future use once the item(s) has been received.

How long do I have to return my order if there is an issue?
If there is a problem with your order and you need to send it back for a repair, replacement, or refund, please contact me within seven days of delivery and have it sent back within 14 days of delivery.
